Stills from Unmade Films is a series by Brent Lukey shot in the streets of Melbourne, Adelaide and Paris. The photographer and filmmaker says the work draws on classic observational style and documentary cinema to explore how people engage with public spaces, and ‘the paths they seek and the places to pause’. The exhibition is showing now at Dawn & Mabel’s in St Kilda, Melbourne, until 4 November
