The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Elon Musk is the one who authorized the Starlink slowdown that impacted Ukraine’s defenses in recent days. According to sources who spoke with The Journal, Trump and Musk discussed the decision on the phone shortly after it became public while another source claimed the conversation happened before the slowdown.
