In September, the US president launched America.gov, an AI platform that the White House says will make it easier for Americans to interact with the federal government and eventually carry out tasks such as renewing passports and enrolling in Medicare.
Unfortunately for Trump, America.gov – which, according to the executive order he signed, promises Americans can “receive accurate answers” to all sorts of questions – is providing answers he might not want to hear.
