The trial of actor and comedian Russell Brand, who is charged with rape, indecent assault and sexual assault, begins properly this morning when the prosecution will set out the case against him.
The charges relate to alleged offences between 1999 and 2009 related to six women. Brand has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
