No 'solid proof' Morocco planned Ceuta migrant rush, says Spanish PM Sanchez

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said Thursday there was no “solid proof” that Morocco orchestrated a migrant rush into Ceuta in July following the emergence of a police report highlighting multiple failings by Moroccan security forces.
